Regina joined FCG in 2021. Previously Regina worked in international FMCG company.

Within FCG Regina has acquired experience in legal due diligence of Russian companies in different areas (such as IT services, real estate, FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, medical services and etc.).

Also, Regina takes part in supporting M&A transactions, including drafting shareholders agreements, convertible loan agreements, put and call option agreements, sale and purchase agreements.

Regina graduated with honors from Faculty of Law of Higher School of Economics and specialized in civil law including corporate law and M&A. In addition, Regina constantly develops her professional competencies, attends legal courses and publishes articles on relevant legal issues.
