Anastasia joined FCG in 2014.

During this period Anastasia has acquired substantial experience in carrying out legal due diligence of Russian and international companies in different areas.

She actively participated in supporting M&A transactions, including drafting transaction documents (sale and purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, put and call option agreements, convertible loan agreements and etc.), managing negotiations and deal closing.

Anastasia graduated with honors from the Russian Foreign Trade Academy. Also she constantly expands her professional knowledge and completed a course on corporate legislation.
