Before joining FCG in 2014 Liya got ample experience in providing legal services in one of the international advising firms.

Liya is an excellent specialist in corporate law, having extensive practice in M&A transaction solutions, corporate reorganizations and restructuring, intellectual property and real estate.

She has successfully managed all legal projects in FCG since 2016, including due diligence, supporting M&A transactions, and drafting transaction documents in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation and the laws of England and Wales.

Liya graduated with honors from Kazan Federal University, published a series of articles and in 2021 got a PhD degree. She constantly expands her professional competencies, lecturing and attending various legal courses.
